I know that you are all still working away on finishing off the final bits and pieces, but I didn’t want another day go by before telling how proud and grateful I am for the fantastic work that you did on the National Geographic Magazine site. It was pretty tough, I imagine, in effect working for two clients who were sometimes working at cross-purposes. You handled it all with style, good humor, and elegance. The site is beautiful. It will look good in your portfolio, but I hope you know you’ve made some friends here. We’d like to keep working with you in the future (with hopefully more time). Congratulations on a job very well done, and I’m sure you’ll be the recipient of many more kudos.
As I hope you know by now, the demo worked beautifully. Its first non-NGS viewer was the U.S. Commerce Secretary, shepherded by the president of National Geographic Ventures. Needless to say, our overlords were thrilled to have such a sharp presentation to show off to their distinguished visitor. After that auspicious start, the three kiosks were occupied almost nonstop during for the next two days. Folks seemed to read every word on every screen, and they appeared genuinely enthusiastic about the launch of the channel. That’s a real tribute to your artistry, for it was competing with huge, glitzy booths, semi-celebrity sightings, and tchotchkes that cost more than the GDP of some small countries. Thank you.Thanks, too, for your patience with rushed, chaotic instructions and an abnormally high level of client hysteria. We all appreciate your work and your style more than words can say.
Just wanted to let you know how incredibly impressed I am with the Robinson College’s redesigned web site. I spent some time perusing it this morning… sophisticated design and lots of functionality. The “wow” factor is off the scales!
For the first time I saw the projects and they are a big WOW!!! It was like Christmas around here. The booklets are beautiful, the DVDs are beautiful, the banners are beautiful, the business cards, Christmas Flyer and one sheet… all fantastic. THANK YOU, Jeff and the staff for the marvelous work. I loved the way the books read… really neat when seen as an actual printed book. Cool, cool, cool! The attention to detail and thought you guys put into all of this is so appreciated by us, and I know doors are going to open. The deadlines were all met and in today’s world, to really work with people that will do what they say and follow through to make it happen is a rarity. First class… you guys are terrific.
